  • We provide a flat rate not to exceed hourly rate with no additional taxes or surprise charges and we do break your time down into 15 minute increments to save you as much money as possible. 
  • With a few simple questions we can provide you with an accurate quote.
  • We only have 30 year veteran movers in our office to assist with any quote or question.
  • Client pays for all moving and drive time from our base back to our base in Orlando. This covers movers wages, fuel at 6 MPG, tolls, outrageous insurance rates, and general truck maintenance.
  • We provide booties, masks, and floor protection when requested.
  • Our movers are some of the highest paid in the industry. We recruit top pro's from other moving companies and pay them what they are worth.
  • Yes, movers supplement their income with gratuity. Even $10 says "THANK YOU!".
  • We generally start between 9-10 AM depending on traffic but you are always welcome to take an afternoon move that generally starts between 2-4 PM. 
  • 9-10 AM start times are very helpful with apartment moves because the majority of residents are gone to work or play by that time.
  • Keep guard gates updated on our arrival.
  • We donate to Mustard Seed, Goodwill, and The Salvation Army. City dump runs are always available as well. 
  • We find that most will use us full service once they find that the rates for renting your own truck, paying for the rental insurance, moving blankets, and ratchet straps as well as $.99 a mile, fuel at 6 MPG, having no household items insured, paying for movers to load at one end and movers to offload at the other, and your time, are not worth it.
  • When a customer packs themselves, they are responsible for everything that fits in a small, medium, and large moving box. We have a way of handling the rest of your items. Garbage bags can be used for throw pillows, bed pillows, comforters, and stuffed animals. Mattress bags can be purchased at any hardware store and left for us to use, fabric items only can be left in cabinets and dressers as long as their are not any stairs involved.
  • If you believe yo have a bug infestation, we will gladly bug bomb your items on our truck/s for you.
  • We use 26' box trucks.
  • We do full disassembly and reassembly. 
  • We call the day before your pack or move to confirm as well as the day of your move when in route.
  • We have no problems making any additional stops for you doing the course of your relocation.
  • Make sure, if your downsizing, that you take measurements of oversized items so they will fit in your new home.
  • If you are paying for this move for someone else, that is not in your area or that you will be unavailable, we will keep you updated with the progress of the relocation.
  • We require $100 deposit, which does come off your final bill, and you can change your date as many times as you like with 72 hours notice. We send a secured link to your phone for payments.
  • We remove flat screens, wall mounts, ceiling fans, light fixtures, chandeliers, wall art, but we do not reinstall them at the destination.
  • We remove and replace appliance with full disconnect and reconnect with the exception of dish washers.
  • We provide moving blankets for your own truck, pod, or storage unit at $14 each with full buy back when you are done with them We want our blankets back, not your money.
  • We treat everything like gold. If it is not in a box, bag, or bin, it will get blanket wrapped and shrink wrapped as needed. 
  • Customer packed boxes are not insured with any moving company.
  • Storage is available on our truck/s at $200 per night per truck for up to 4 nights.
  • Mark your boxes on the top and one side as to what room they are going into.
  • We do not move ammunition or fuel.
  • Use plastic bins for chemicals whenever possible.
  • Remove any vehicles from the front of your home upon moving truck arrival.
  • Make sure you have your elevator reserved if moving into an high rise. 
  • We move EVERYTHING at MOVE IT ALL, LLC. (Piano's, safes, pool tables, outdoor play sets, gazebos, hot tubs, golf carts, motorcycles, etc.)

This is a long day for everyone. Invite a friend, neighbor, or family member over for added friendship, comfort, and support during the relocation process. 90 % of potential clients go with us due to clarity and clear pricing. It is 100% your responsibility to ask your mover if their is or could be any additional charges. We have no additional tax, fuel surcharges, mileage charges, surprise charges, misc. charges . Stay hydrated throughout the day. Remember, if you have not used it in a year, now is a good time to downsize and get rid of it. 9 AM is a perfect start time. We do not want to upset neighbors, most guard gates, apartment complexes, and high rises, do not not let us in any earlier for this reason. Most of those parked at an apartment complex are out of the way because they are gone to work or play by that time. We fight every morning at the gas pump and through traffic in a city this size, we are usually on time but please do not hold it against us if we are a few minutes late. We are driving a large moving truck not a sports car. We also have no control over construction, weather, and road conditions when in route to the pick-up or destination. We call you the day before to confirm your move as well ass the day of when we are about to head your direction. We offer full and partial packing services if requested in advance. We understand, even the day before your move, if you need assistance packing. Let's be ready for an easy move. Most people do not realize that it is costly to take the time to work around people still packing and loose small items take more time to move than boxes and furniture. Most items we cannot use a dolly and we can only carry so much by hand. Providing cold water, snacks, soda, pizza, and/or cookies (snacks) is not necessary but makes for a great move. Allow movers to work at their own pace. Pushing them to save time and money only makes matters worse, can cause damage to your belongings, fatigue, and possible injury. Plant a chair near the front door at the destination. Don't be missing in action, we need a director. Moving things twice takes time and extra money. Marking your boxes and bins on the top and one side, as to what room they are going into at the destination, makes for a quick and easy offload. Fill your boxes to the top for proper stacking. Do not worry about weight, we deal with this daily and have the equipment and manpower to make the heaviest of items seem light. Don't be afraid to use garbage bags for throw pillows, bed pillows, comforters, stuffed animals, etc. You can leave fabric items only in drawers and cabinets when stairs are not involved. Close boxes completely and flat with box tape. Do not interfold the card board to close a box. This causes boxes to intertwine with each other during the stacking and moving process. Gratuity is not necessary but greatly appreciated. Movers do supplement their income with tips. Even $10 says "THANK YOU!". Removing dust makes for a great move. Mixing dust in the air with heat and sweat is not fun or healthy. It is also less dust that your bringing into your new home. You would be surprised what old goodies you may find when getting on a step stool and dusting those high areas of furniture and appliances. Allow an extra day to clean your home after we have moved you out. Make sure your movers leave needed cleaning supplies behind. Make sure you return your cable boxes and set your toothbrush (toiletries), medication, and clothing that you may need aside. Take responsibility for your expensive jewelry so there are no questions if something is lost or misplaced. Make sure your sprinklers do not come on. Take our suggestion for the best number of men for your move. This will keep from fatigue and every extra man cuts your time almost in 1/2, This will save you money. You do not want overkill though. Putting 4 men on a 1 bedroom apartment move is not cost efficient. They will just be bumping into each other. Save a spot for your truck but move vehicles out of the way for easy parking without multiple attempts to get the back door iof the truck as close as possible to your front door. Turn off ceiling fans. 1 day of air-conditioning, even with the doors open in this Florida heat, will not have a significant impact on your electric bill. The outside weather is hot enough for everyone. Let's not have a hot sweaty move if possible. The cooler the air, the faster things get accomplished. Any type of music breaks the air and movers like to keep a beat when moving. This will speed things up and make for a mnore pleasant move. Feel free to take a break. Even if you have to leave to keep your sanity or get hungry. Just let your lead man know. If you have to mark furnishings, painting, vases, TV's, etc. for any reason (like for what room they are going into or what itenms are not going) use painters tape. It is safe for all finishes. Secure your pets. We do not want them as a trip factor and we would feel terrible if one got stepped on. Delegate one bathroom for your movers. We will clean up after ourselves. Don't forget to leave a wash rag and toilet paper. Sneak away and call the office if someone is ill or not performing to your standards. We will directly and confidentially address the situation immediately. Unpacking is done on an hourly pay basis and is available with garbage removal as well. With a full service pack and move, you literally do not have to do anything. We will take care of everything for you. Full packing is normally done the day prior to your move and most partial packing can be done the day of your move. Your complaints are appreciated! We cannot better our business without them We want to know! The owner is not absent at this company and , in most cases, is always available. Weather is not an issue for us. It rains every day in Florida. We know how to protect furniture and floors for all weather conditions. Might we suggest keeping a rag near by at the destination just incase you find a water drop or two on any wood items. Packers will pack everything! Take care of items that you don't want packed before arrival. We put refrigerators and freezers last on the truck so they are the first thing off. Don't forget about bins with ice or coolers for you refrigerated and frozen items. We do provide storage on our trucks for up to 4 days if you have a closing delay. We do make dump and donation runs. We do make multiple stops during your move for pick-ups and deliveries if requested. We are full service. We do full disassemble and reassemble if needed. We blanket wrap everything that is not in a box or a bag no matter what condition. We treat everything like gold. If the movers need to stop between the pick-up and delivery to replenish their food and water, we do not charge for this down time. We do not charge for lunches or breaks on the job site as well. If movers notice any existing damage, above normal wear and tear, they will notify you immediately. We do not want to be responsible for another's mistake and we do not want you to be disappointed in our services. We do tighten loose bedframes and even legs on tables and chairs if loose from normal use, or previous damage, as a professional courtesy. We also do our best with stripped out screws and bolts from previous poor installs. Always do a FULL final walkthrough at both locations, before the men leave with the truck, so nothing was forgotten at the pick-up and everything is in place and assembled at the destination without damage.
