1. Tell Us About Your Move

When you contact us, we'll start by determining what type of service you need. Whether you're planning a complete household move, a commercial relocation, a delivery, or packing assistance, we'll ask questions about the job so we can determine the appropriate service and pricing structure.

We'll typically ask about:

2. Determine the Right Estimate

Depending on the details of your move, we may be able to provide an hourly estimate, or a flat-rate estimate may require an onsite walkthrough.

For larger residential, commercial, or out-of-state moves, an in-person walkthrough may be appropriate so we can better evaluate the scope of the job.

3. Receive Your Written Estimate

Once we've gathered the necessary information, we'll provide your estimate in writing by text or email.

4. Ask Questions

You don't have to be a moving expert.

5. Reserve Your Moving Date

Once you approve your estimate and agree to the applicable terms, a $100 deposit is generally required to reserve your moving date and time.

The deposit is applied toward your final invoice. Changes to your scheduled date or time made with at least 36 hours' notice are subject to our applicable scheduling and cancellation policies.

6. We'll Communicate With Your Crew

Before your move, your Lead Man will contact you, introduce himself, and let you know when the crew is headed your way.

We'll also communicate important information about your move to the lead mover and crew so they understand your priorities and any special circumstances.

7. Moving Day

Our crew will arrive, review the job, and begin the moving process. Depending on the services you've requested, this can include:

• Furniture disassembly
• Protective pad wrapping
• Shrink wrapping
• Loading
• Transportation
• Unloading
• Furniture reassembly
• Unpacking

We also document visible pre-existing damage when appropriate so the condition of your belongings is understood before they're handled.

8. If You Can't Be There

If you're unable to be present during the move, we can coordinate with an authorized realtor, family member, neighbor, or other representative, provided the appropriate arrangements have been made.

9. Payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move, according to the terms of your moving agreement. MOVE IT ALL accepts multiple payment methods.

Flat-Rate & Long-Distance Moves

For qualifying long-distance moves, MOVE IT ALL offers flat-rate, not-to-exceed pricing based on the services and circumstances outlined in the applicable moving agreement.

For larger out-of-state or commercial moves, an in-home or office walkthrough may be required before a flat-rate estimate can be provided.
